Wholesale Trade
In this service, we meet customer needs by eliminating unnecessary intermediaries. For example, in the supply of protein products such as fresh and frozen red meat, fresh and frozen poultry, eggs, fish, and other protein products, we supply customer needs directly from livestock and egg producers as well as protein processing factories, offering high volume and quality at low prices. In this sector, Iranian Cooperative claims a well-known reputation for supplying protein goods required by private organizations and institutions, and with more than 56 permanent and loyal customers, it has become one of the largest suppliers of protein items in the country. Since 2024 (1403), Iranian Cooperative has launched a protein delivery service for retail and restaurant customers, and hopes to achieve a 6% share of the protein supply market for stores and restaurants in Tehran province by the end of 2024 (1403).
Retail Trade
Since 2020 (1399), Iranian Cooperative has launched its own protein supply stores, aiming to offer services distinguished by quality and price for the general public. In this regard, the company currently operates 5 stores, serving around 40,000 households in Tehran monthly, and plans to increase this number to 120,000 households by the end of 2024 (1403) through the launch of 4 additional stores. The company also plans to improve the speed and accuracy of product distribution by developing its supply chain management systems. In addition, to increase public access to quality products, new stores will be launched in various areas of Tehran. Various programs are also planned to enhance customer service levels and offer special discounts for bulk purchases.
Production and Packaging
Since the beginning of 2024 (1403), Iranian Cooperative has begun operations in egg production and packaging under the brand name "Darsin." The company aims to secure a significant share of domestic egg supply by producing 600 tons per month by the end of 2024 (1403). To this end, using the latest fully automatic egg washing and disinfection machines, sorting and candling (verifying the integrity and safety of egg contents), and automatic contact packaging in transparent and tray packs of 6, 9, 12, and 30 eggs, production is carried out under licenses from the Ministry of Health and the Veterinary Organization.
Transportation and Distribution
In this service, Iranian Cooperative, in 2024 (1403), built and launched its central warehouse cold storage facility using German-manufactured technology, and by utilizing its own protein transportation fleet with newly purchased, equipped vehicles (2024/1403 model) designed for cold storage use, has both reduced the final product cost for customers and ensured the quality and safety of goods shipped — both its own and those of other manufacturers. We believe that supplying healthy protein depends on proper transportation and the use of well-equipped refrigerated vehicles.
